D3000 or D5000?

Nikon D3000

I've been suffering for selecting the first DSLR for myself, cause i get different opinion from each of 'surveyor', and of course lots of them recommend me to get D3000 cause it has Guide Mode to help beginner, but I'm trying to get D5000 instead of D3000 cause

• D5000 has video mode which D3000 don't
  
• D5000 is higher in pixel and ISO of course
  
• 19 scene
  
• D5000 has a rotate able LCD screen which i think is quite useful...
